Community Christian School utilizes both external and internal funds when awarding financial assistance.

The application process varies by financial aid program. Families applying for the Georgia Promise Scholarship must apply through the state’s Georgia Promise Scholarship portal. Families applying for the Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program or Community Christian School-funded financial aid must complete an application through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment.

CCS utilizes FACTS to provide a needs-based financial aid analysis that helps our school evaluate each family’s financial circumstances when making financial aid decisions.

Each type of financial aid has its own eligibility requirements and is dependent on the availability of funds. Receiving one type of financial aid does not guarantee eligibility for another.

Financial Aid Frequently Asked Questions

Financial aid is available to students enrolled in K4* through 12th grade at Community Christian School. Families seeking financial assistance must complete the required application and provide all requested documentation for consideration.

Financial aid awards are needs-based and are determined by factors such as:

  • Household income and expenses
  • Number of family members in the household
  • Number of students attending private school

Please note that financial aid is not available for Preschool students below the K4 level.

*Families with younger children enrolled at CCS should still apply if they also have students in K4–12th grade, as eligible students may qualify for tuition assistance even though aid is not available for K3 and younger programs.

Yes – A new financial aid application must be submitted each year to maintain eligibility.

Awards are determined by:

  • Household income and size

  • Number of students requesting assistance

  • Availability of funds

Tip: Submit forms early for the best chance to receive an award.

We recommend submitting your Admission Application before or at the same time as applying for aid.

Note: Financial aid applications will not be considered unless an Admission Application has been fully submitted to the Admissions Office.

After submitting all required documents:

  • FACTS will review your application and make an award recommendation to the school.

  • The financial aid committee will review this recommendation and your application to finalize the award based on need and available funds.

You will be notified by email within 2-3 weeks once all documents are submitted.

Financial aid may come from multiple sources, including the Georgia GOAL Scholarship Program, Georgia Promise Scholarship, and Community Christian School-funded scholarships. Eligibility for each source of aid is determined separately based on the requirements for that program and the availability of funds, and awards cannot be guaranteed.

Eligibility for the Georgia Promise Scholarship is determined by the state of Georgia, not the school.

Scholarship awards are coordinated and applied by the school, and families will be notified of their total award amount. Funds are applied directly to tuition once received.
