
The purpose of the afterschool program emphasizes activity-based learning that reinforces the knowledge and skills needed for school as well as life-long success. The Afterschool Enrichment Program (ASEP) strives to enrich the lives of all students who participate in the program.
A typical daily schedule includes time for the following:
There is a weekly fee for students who attend. The fee is billed to the parents FACTS account.
The following extracurricular activities are available for an additional fee:
Early dismissal dates entail students completing half-days while allowing teachers the flexibility to wrap up end-of-the-grading-period work while also planning for the upcoming weeks.
Dismissal times are as follows:
- Elementary Schools – 11:20-11:30 a.m.
- Middle Schools – 11:45 a.m.
- High Schools – 11:45 a.m.
The Afterschool Enrichment Program will be available for K3-5th grade students at school on early dismissal days for an additional charge and with pre-registration*. Interested parents can check with their schools regarding this option.

- Friday, September 12, 2025 (After School available)
- Friday, November 21, 2025 (After School available)
- Friday, December 19, 2025 (After School available)
- Friday, February 13, 2026 (After School available)
- Thursday, April 2, 2026 (After School available)
- Thursday, May 21, 2026 (NO After School for all grades)
*There is an additional fee of $10 if not signed up with the Early Dismissal QR Code
